Mix sausagemeat with salt and pepper, Worchester sauce and flour in bowl. Leave to one side.
Mash eggs with mayo in another bowl. Take a small amount of sausage meat in the palm of your hand so it's flat. Put a small amount of egg mayo mix on top and roll into a ball. Coat in egg then in bread crumbs.
Heat oil until hot enough to sizzle. Deep fry the Scotch eggs until browned on all sides.
