7 prawns, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
30g fresh baby spinach, or to taste
1/2 avocado - peeled, pitted and sliced
1/2 apple - peeled, cored and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon flaked almonds, or to taste
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 pinch Himalayan pink salt to taste

Heat a small pan over medium heat; add ghee. Place prawns in the melted ghee and season with turmeric and pepper; cook for 30 seconds. Flip prawns and cook other side until pink and cooked through, 30 to 60 seconds. Remove pan from heat.
Place spinach in a bowl and top with avocado, apple slices and prawns. Sprinkle feta cheese and almonds over salad. Drizzle olive oil over salad and top with salt.
