Ginger and oat biscuits

    My first published recipe and it's a bit of a healthy option and tasty.

    Ingredients

    • 130 g oats
    • 130 plain flour
    • 2 teaspoons of ginger powder
    • 100 g butter
    • 60 ml honey
    • 25 g sugar

    Method

    1. Slowly melt the butter, sugar and honey in a small saucepan.
    2. Mix the other ingredients in a bowl.
    3. Combine the two together in the bowl.
    4. I make the biscuits by hand in roughly 50 cm circles and put on a greased baking tray.
    5. Place in an oven set at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes
