Keto bread loaf

    This low carb gluten free bread made with eggs and Greek yoghurt is the closest I have got to real bread.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 bread

    • 6 eggs
    • 245g Greek yoghurt
    • 100g ground almonds
    • 60g psyillium husk
    • 10g baking powder
    • chia seeds (optional)
    • flax seeds (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:55min  ›  Ready in:1hr 

    1. Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. In a bowl mix wet ingredients. In another bowl mix dry ingredients.
    3. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
