Being a mum of 5 kids it's always a challenge getting all the kids to eat a proper meal without too much extra cooking. This dish always comes to my rescue when I need a quick dish to whip up for their hungry appetites to devour with rice. It doesn't take much preparation and in my opinion needs minimal effort to cook. Since this recipe is for children aged between 9 and 2 it's not very spicy. However the heat in this dish can be altered to taste. Happy cooking!
