Chinese sweet and sour sauce with or without pineapple

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup canned pineapple juice
    • 3\4 cup brown sugar or caster sugar
    • 1\3 cup of white wine vinegar
    • 4 tbs of ketchup
    • 3 tbs of soy sauce
    • 2 tbs of corn flour mixed with a little water
    • Few drops of red food coloring( optional )
    • Pineapple chunks (optional)

    Method

    1. Place all Ingredients in a saucepan but not the corn flour mix
    2. Bring to the boil then add your corn flour mix and cook on low for a few minutes
    3. Put in a container, this will last 3 week's😊
