Beef/ lamb's liver delicious middle eastern recipe

    • 400 gram beef/lamb liver
    • 1 red onion cubes
    • 1 Green pepper cubes
    • 1 Garlic slices
    • 1 tsp Cumin powder
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 1/2 tsp onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • Salt to taste
    • Hot sauce if you prefer it spicy
    • 1/2 small cup oil


    1. In a frying pan put 1/2 the oil and heat
    2. Fry onion for 2 min
    3. Add pepper and simmer for 2 min
    4. Take out the onions and pepper in a separate plate
    5. Add vinegar and some cumin powder on the liver slices and leave it for 5 min
    6. Add the remaining oil into the same frying pan Fry the liver slices for 5 min
    7. Then add the onion ,pepper and garlic
    8. Add black pepper, coriander powder , salt , onion powder and garlic powder Serve immediately


    You can serve it with pitta bread, chips or salad or all of them 😄
