Place chicken pieces in a bowl and cover with milk for a minimum of 2 hours. Mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chilli/cayenne. In a separate container add the flour. Remove the chicken from the milk and season well with sea salt. Put each piece of chicken in the spice mixture and coat well followed by the flour coating. Put a fair amount of oil in a large pan and heat. Place all the chicken pieces into the oil and fry for 25-30 minutes turning half way through. Serve with Canarian Potatoes or chips and mojo Picante.
Mojo Picante is a spicy sauce served all over the Canaries.
