Pasta salad with melon and Parma ham

    A refreshing summer pasta salad with melon, tomatoes, basil, olives and Parma ham.

    Serves: 6 

    • 150g farfalle pasta
    • 125g mozzarella cheese, cubed
    • 2 tomates, cubed
    • 1 melon, seeds removed and cubed
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 12 black olives, pitted
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • salt and pepper
    • 2 basil sprigs, minced
    • 4 slices Parma ham, cut int strips

    1. Cook pasta following package instructions. Drain and let cool.
    2. Add cheese, tomatoes, melons and olives to a large bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with basil.
    3. Add the ham last and serve.
