Greek yoghurt dip with garlic chives

    Garlic chives are also known as Chinese chives and I love them because they add a very special fresh garlic flavour. I use them for dips, salads and other dishes.

    • 300g fat free Greek style natural yoghurt
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons double cream or soured cream (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • freshly ground white pepper, to taste
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion granules
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
    • 1 bunch garlic chives, minced

    1. Add all the ingredients except garlic chives to a bowl and stir till smooth. Add the garlic chives and stir to combine. Chill till serving.
