100g mixed salad leaves
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 4 ripe figs, quartered
5 slices Parma ham, torn into pieces
Salad dressing
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine or Champagne vinegar
1/2 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
pinch of dried oregano

Place salad leaves in a bowl; add halved cherry tomatoes, figs and Parma ham.
Whisk olive oil, vinegar and honey together in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and dried oregano. Pour over salad and serve.
