Easy and delicious fruit salad with a sweetened yogurt and lime dressing. Try it for breakfast or brunch if you're feeding a crowd. The dressing works well with strawberries, kiwis and mangoes, too!

4 tins pineapple chunks in juice, drained, juice reserved
3 tablespoons plain Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon grated lime zest
150g fresh blueberries

Whisk 1 tablespoon pineapple juice, Greek yoghurt, honey and lime zest in a medium bowl. Fold in pineapple chunks and blueberries until coated with yogurt mixture. Serve immediately.
