Fizzy hibiscus lemonade

    I once had this lemonade at a restaurant and it was so good that I tried to make it exactly like that at home.

    Serves: 8 

    • 4 to 5 teaspoons dried hibiscus flowers
    • 1L boiling water
    • granulated sugar to taste
    • 500ml sparkling water, chilled

    1. Pour water over hibiscus leaves in teapot, Steep for 10 minutes, pour through a strainer and sweeten to taste. aufbrühen. Let cool then refrigerate for several hours until well chiled.
