Ingredients

300g rotini pasta
150g frozen petits pois, more to taste
2 (120g) packages crabmeat, flaked
70g Swiss cheese, grated
40g grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste
2/3 of a 250ml bottle oil and vinegar salad dressing (such as Newman's Own®), to taste

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions till al dente, about 8 minutes.
Put frozen peas into a large colander. Pour the pasta water over the peas. Fill the empty pot with cold water and immerse pasta and peas in the cold water to cool completely. Drain well.
Mix crab meat, Swiss cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl; add pasta and peas and toss to mix. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
