Air fryer breakfast frittata

Frittatas are easy to make using a cake tin that fits in the air fryer basket. Switch up the ingredients to suit your taste.

- 120g sausages, fully cooked and sliced
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 50g grated cheese blend
- 2 tablespoons diced red pepper
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- cooking spray

- Combine sausage, eggs, grated cheese, red pepper, spring onion and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180 C. Spray a nonstick 15cm round cake tin with cooking spray.
- Place egg mixture in the prepared cake tin.
- Cook in the air fryer until frittata is set, 18 to 20 minutes.
