This was probably the biggest cooking challenge i have ever done, however i have to say it was quite easy to do. The only difficulty i found was getting the pate to stay on the fillet. Apart from that it was fabulous and my Hubby really enjoyed it. If i can make this anyone can. - 29 Apr 2010
