This Korean beef bowl is seasoned with spring onions, ginger, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Serve over brown rice for a quick and easy dinner.

450g lean beef mince
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
120ml reduced salt soy sauce
75g light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 spring onions, chopped, divided
775g hot cooked brown rice
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Heat a large pan over medium high heat. Add beef mince and cook, stirring until browned, 5 to 7 minutes.
Add garlic, ginger and sesame oil, stirring until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar and cayenne pepper. Cook until some of the sauce absorbs into the mince, about 7 minutes. Add 1/2 of the chopped spring onions.
Serve mince over hot cooked rice; garnished with sesame seeds and remaining chopped spring onions.
