Sugar free fruit salad

    If the fruit you use is ripe and sweet there is no need to add any sugar to fruit salad. Add or substitute other fruits to your liking.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 punnet blueberries
    • 1 punnet strawberries, hulled and cut in half or quarters
    • 150g white seedless grapes, cut in half
    • lemon juice
    • 1 dash orange juice
    • 1 punnet raspberries

    1. Add blueberries, strawberries and grapes to a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Add orangen juice and toss gently. Scatter raspberries on top and serve at once.
