Mascarpone chocolate cookie dessert

This is a great dessert for when you are in a hurry but still want dessert - just whip up some Mascarpone, add grapes and crumble chocolate cookies on top.

Serves: 4
- 1 (250g) tub mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
- a little powdered lemon peel (such as Dr. Oetker Ready Zest)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons caster sugar, to taste
- 250g white seedless grapes
- 6 to 8 medium size chocolate cookies

- In a bowl stir mascarpone with lemon peel and sugar to taste.
- Wash grapes and cut in half. Place in a glass serving bowl and spread mascarpone on top.
- Crumble cookies and scatter on top and serve.
