This combination of Kielbasa, green beans, potatoes and onions cooks up quickly in a frying pan, forming a stew-like meal. Kielbasa is a tasty Polish sausage available in your local Polish shop and some larger supermarkets.

450g (1lb) kielbasa, sliced into bite sized pieces
1 tin green beans
2 large potatoes, cubed
1 tin cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, diced
1 soup can full of milk

Saute potatoes and onion in a large frying pan until potatoes are done, but still firm. Add kielbasa, cook until lightly browned. Add soup, milk and green beans; heat on low until hot and potatoes are tender.
