Warm pasta is tossed with soft goats cheese to make a creamy salad. Add baby spinach leaves, grapes and pecans to create a summery pasta salad. You can add chopped crispy bacon for added texture, if you like.

200g pasta shells
100g soft goats cheese
100g spinach leaves
30g black or green seedless grapes, halved
30g chopped pecans
freshly ground black pepper

Cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water, according to the instructions on the packet; drain, return pasta to pot and allow it to cool for just a few minutes.
Stir in goats cheese and spinach leaves; toss until well mixed and pasta is creamy. Add grapes and pecan nuts; season with freshly ground black pepper, mix well and transfer into a serving bowl.
