Orange chocolate mousse

    An easy chocolate mousse made in the blender using condensed milk, gelatine, cocoa and orange juice. Serve in nice glasses or decorative bowls for a beautiful presentation.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 (12g) sachet gelatine powder
    • 1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 (397g) tin light condensed milk
    • 400ml single cream
    • 60g caster sugar
    • 90g cocoa powder
    • 250ml orange juice

    1. Dissolve gelatine according to package directions.
    2. Pour condensed milks and cream into a blender or food processor; add gelatine, sugar, cocoa and orange juice and blend until well mixed.
    3. Spoon mousse into individual glasses or small bowls; refrigerate for 1 hour to set, then serve.
