- 1/2 large or 1 small very ripe avocado
- 150g vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- milk, as needed

- Add all ingredients to your blender and puree, adding milk as needed. It should be soft thick enough to eat with a spoon but not liquid. Serve at once.
