Bresaola is an Italian cured meat that has been salted and air-dried. I like to serve it with finely chopped red pepper, capers and fresh basil in this antipasti or beef starter. Best to let it chill in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
1 person made this

8 basil leaves, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, very finely minced
1 red pepper, seeds removed and very finely minced

thin slices of lemon, to serve
