Ingredients
Makes: 400 ml sauce
130g caster sugar
400ml soya reduced fat single cream
40g margarine, diced
1 pinch fleur de sel
Method Prep:1min › Cook:25min › Ready in:26min
Heat sugar in a saucepan till it starts to colour around the sides of the pan. Start stirring and stop when the sugar has an even golden colour.
Heat cream.
Add margarine and stir, then slowly (careful of splashes) pour in the cream whilst stirring constantly. Add fleur de sel and continue cooking till mixture is smooth.
