Creamy gnocchi, broccoli and bacon pasta

    This is a deliciously creamy gnocchi and farfalle pasta dish with bacon and broccoli that you'll find difficult to stop eating!

    Serves: 4 

    • 250g farfalle pasta
    • 500g gnocchi
    • 350g broccoli florets
    • 200g bacon lardons
    • 200g mascarpone
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • Tabasco┬«, to taste (optional)

    1. Cook pasta according to the instructions on the packet, adding the gnocchi 3 minutes before the pasta is due to be ready; drain.
    2. Steam broccoli florets until al dente, about 6 to 8 minutes; drain.
    3. Cook bacon lardons in a dry pan until crispy; drain on kitchen roll.
    4. Toss warm pasta, gnocchi, broccoli, bacon and mascarpone together in a bowl; season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco and serve straight away.
