Red pesto pasta pizza slices

About this recipe:
Exchanging the traditional tomato sauce for red pesto pasta, these pizza slices are just yummy!
2 home-bake demi baguettes
200g freshly cooked penne pasta
2 tablespoons red pesto
140g grated Cheddar cheese
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Half-bake the demi baguettes according to packet instructions. Leave to cool. Cut in half lengthways.
- Mix together the (still hot) pasta with the pesto. Pile the pasta on to the baguettes... don't be shy with how much you put on! Top with lots of cheese and a sprinkle of oregano.
- Grill for about 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and just beginning to bubble.
Tasted ok,but very annoying and fiddly to make and eat as the pasta kept falling off the bread!
