Top naan breads with sweet blueberries, goats cheese, Parma ham and honey to create this simple summer pizza-style starter.

3 tablespoons honey, divided
50g soft goats cheese
2 slices Parma ham, torn into strips
2 naan breads or other flatbreads
fresh thyme leaves, to taste
extra virgin olive oil, as needed

Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
Mix 1 tablespoon honey with goats cheese; spread evenly on top of naan breads with the back of a spoon. Arrange strips of Parma ham on top; press blueberries into cheese and season with fresh thyme. Drizzle olive oil and remaining honey on top; place naan breads on a baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until blueberries are warm and Parma ham has turned crispy.
