    Makes: 5 - 6 glazen

    • 250ml milk
    • 200g plain yoghurt
    • 1 to 2 teaspoons caster sugar
    • 5 tablespoons good quality vanilla extract
    • ice cubes, to serve

    1. Place milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract in a blender; process until smooth.
    2. Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
