2 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
2 bananas, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to tatse
200ml milk
1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste

Place apples, banana and milk in a blender; process until smooth. Season with cinnamon and sugar to taste; blend again and serve!
