    A yummy apple, banana and cinnamon smoothie that the whole family can enjoy! Add as much or as little sugar as needed, depending on how ripe the bananas are.

    Serves: 3 

    • 2 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
    • 2 bananas, roughly chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to tatse
    • 200ml milk
    • 1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste

    1. Place apples, banana and milk in a blender; process until smooth. Season with cinnamon and sugar to taste; blend again and serve!
