Warm tuna pasta salad

    This pasta salad with tuna, capers, olives and sweetcorn is very quick to make and best served warm!

    Serves: 2 

    • 150g fusilli pasta
    • 1 (200g) tuna, drained
    • 1 red onion, finely chopped
    • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
    • 200g sweetcorn
    • 1 small jar of capers, drained
    • 15 olives, halved
    • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

    1. Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water according to the instructions on the packet; drain.
    2. Mix tuna, red onion, garlic, sweetcorn, capers, olives and mayonnaise in a large bowl: mix well. Stir in pasta and serve!
