These roast potatoes have a generous coating of paprika but are still crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.

Serves: 2
- 10 to 12 floury potatoes, such as Maris piper, peeled and halved
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
- few sprigs rosemary

- Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
- Combine olive oil, paprika and salt in a large bowl; add potatoes and toss well to coat in the seasoned oil.
- Pour potatoes into a baking dish; season with pepper and add rosemary.
- Roast potatoes in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until crispy on the outside and cooked through.
