Paprika roasties

    These roast potatoes have a generous coating of paprika but are still crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.

    Serves: 2 

    • 10 to 12 floury potatoes, such as Maris piper, peeled and halved
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • freshly ground pepper, to taste
    • few sprigs rosemary

    1. Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
    2. Combine olive oil, paprika and salt in a large bowl; add potatoes and toss well to coat in the seasoned oil.
    3. Pour potatoes into a baking dish; season with pepper and add rosemary.
    4. Roast potatoes in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until crispy on the outside and cooked through.
