Wild garlic butter

    This is a very tasty alternative to garlic butter. Serve it with grilled meat or fish, or spread it on baguette like garlic bread. It's also great for pan frying mushrooms. Make more as long as wild garlic season lasts, so you can enjoy it later in the year.

    • 50g wild garlic
    • 250g butter, softened
    • salt

    1. Mince half of the wild garlic leaves finely and the other half coarsely. Stir butter till creamy and stir in wild garlic.
    2. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
