Makes: 24 biscuits
90g rolled oats
1 to 2 tablespoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespooons light brown soft sugar
70g plain flour
70g wholemeal flour
7 tablespoon unsweetened fruit juice (apple or pear)

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a baking tin.
Soak sultanas for a couple of minutes in hot water. Drain. Mix in a bowl with all other ingredients, adding as much juice as necessary so that everything holds together.
Roll out on the baking tray to a rectangle 30x20cm and bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. verteilen. Let cool slightly then cut into squares or rectangles. Store in a tin after fully cooled.
