Fruity sangria

    I like sangria with lots of fruit: oranges, lemons, peaches, apple and pineapple.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 4 unwaxed oranges, peeled and diced
    • 2 lemons, juiced
    • 1 peach, fresh or tinned, diced
    • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and diced
    • 1 (227g) tin pineapple, diced, including the juice
    • 40ml brandy
    • 40ml Cointreau®
    • 80g caster sugar
    • 1L red wine

    Method

    1. Add all the fruit to a large glass bowl and drizzle with lemon juice, sugar, brandy, and Cointreau. Stir to dissolve. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    2. Add red wine.
