About this recipe: Semolina is one of those utterly moreish desserts that is not eaten nearly enough. Try this spicy, nutty version and see how good it can be.
Other nuts could be sprinkled on top, depending on what you have in the cupboard, such as almonds (toasted) or hazelnuts. You could also stir 50g raisins or sultanas into the semolina, if liked.
