250ml double cream
4 meringue nests

Whip 250ml double cream until it just holds soft peaks. Break 4 meringue nests into pieces and add them to the cream with 350g raspberries. Fold in lightly with a metal spoon, then divide the mixture among four dishes or glasses and serve.
Made it healthier.
Instead of double cream, used plain Greek Yoghurt which lowers the fat content quite considerably. Also left out the sugar as the meringues are really sweet enough for my taste. Yummy easy and quick! - 12 Jul 2010
