Pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil transform ordinary beef or pork burgers into a Mediterranean delight. Serve with a pepper, onion and olive salad, or grilled corn on the cob and toasted chunks of ciabatta for a satisfying summer meal.
