    About this recipe: Use canned rice pudding folded with whipped cream and fruit pie filling for these pretty parfaits.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 100ml double cream
    • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • 425g can rice pudding
    • 385g can fruit pie filling or a 350g jar cherry compote

    Method

    1. Whip 100ml double cream with 1 tsp pure vanilla extract and fold it into a 425g can rice pudding. Layer the rice in glass dishes with a 385g can fruit pie filling or a 350g jar cherry compote. Chill for 10 minutes in the freezer, if you have time.
