After lots of tweaking I have a fudge brownie recipe that is delicious! It's not cakey and it's nice and chewy, and has a gentle sweetness that doesn't over power. Fantastic hot with some cornish ice-cream! or cooled for a nice chewy snack.
For the butter, I would recommend one specifically for baking such a Stork.
WORST RECIPE EVA! not to mention the gramatical erers. IM DISAPOINTED! it exploded my oven and poisened my grandson! now there is brownstuff evrywhere (not sure whether that was the brownies or the diarehea it caused) dont ever make this! P.S (we havnt actually made these yet) - 09 Apr 2012
I made this today and it was pretty easy, only thing was when it came out of oven it was sooooo greasy and although it is nice a crispy outside and chewy inside it is still swimming in fat, any ideas where I went wrong or what may of happened ? I followed the recipe. - 09 Mar 2011
! Me and my mum have enjoyed making this. We altered the sugar to a good amount (200g). This recipe can also make a lot more than 8. Apart from that, me and my family are in love with them... THEY TASTE YUMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYY!!!!! Thanks for this Chloe! - 06 May 2012
