I wanted to come up with something that was quick and easy to make and that the whole family would enjoy. I serve them with salsa.

Ingredients

5 tortilla wraps
10 thin slices roast turkey breast
1 avocado - peeled, stone removed and sliced
100ml soured cream
50g grated Cheddar cheese
salsa for serving

Preparation method

1. Warm the wraps in a large dry pan over medium heat until slightly brown and crisp.
2. Divide turkey, avocado, soured cream and cheese evenly among the warm tortillas. Roll up and serve with salsa.
