I was nervous making this because i'm in the USA and had to make conversions to cups since I do not have a scale but this bread turned out wonderful! Can't wait to make again Guinness loving husband It was sweet and you could still taste the Guinness. The crust was crusty but the inside nice and moist and soft. - 04 Mar 2012
