About this recipe: A favourite of mine and my family this dish is delicious served with mashed potatoes.
I cooked pork leg steaks for 1 hour only at 180 deg instead and so didn't need so much stock - only a couple of tbsp of water as the mushrooms and pork produced enough juice as they were cooking. Lovely combination of flavours. Would do again thanks - 19 Jan 2016
