Realised AFTER cooking the strudel that we had no custard! Quickly found this recipe - definitely quick n easy and tasted great. Had thumbs up from 8 year old through to 40 somethings - all had double helpings. Would recommend as a great standby, thank you for saving the evening! - 09 Dec 2011

Great custard, everyone loved it, even the other half who is a dedicated ambrosia fan!! - 22 Sep 2014

Delicate, tasty and super easy! I've made it a few times, and it never fails to impress! I make it with less sugar, to suit our tastes. - 03 Sep 2016
