could someone tell me what strong filter coffee they used? please - 28 Oct 2010

Was great. Made this one last night and everything was perfect (save that I didn't grease one of the pans enough and required a major over-haul with emergency icing!). Had to leave it in my electric oven for 40min. - 18 Jan 2010

Altered ingredient amounts. Used Gluten-Free plain white flour: worked a charm. Used this icing recipe: 125g butter (softened) 125g castor sugar 100g cream cheese 50g cocoa 2tbsp milk 2tbsp strong espresso 1tsp vanilla Beat until smooth - 18 Jan 2010
