Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the peppers, garlic, onion and a pinch of salt. Cook over a medium heat until soft. Add the chilli jam, fish stock and chopped tomatoes and simmer for 20 mins.
In the meantime, cook and drain the noodles according to their instructions.
Add the chopped herbs and crab meat to the sauce and stir in the cooked noodles. Toss together well and season.
