BBQ red potatoes

    These potatoes are super easy and super delicious. Perfect to cook along with a nice steak on the barbecue.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 medium red potatoes
    • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
    • dried parsley to taste
    • garlic granules to taste
    • salt to taste
    • 4 15x15cm squares aluminium foil

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Wash and poke potatoes with fork a few times.
    2. Put each potato on square of foil. Add tablespoon of butter to each potato, sprinkle with garlic salt and parsley flakes.
    3. Wrap foil around each potato and place on preheated BBQ. Cook until tender (about 20 min) turning occasionally to ensure evenness.
    4. Remove from BBQ, unwrap foil and serve with soured cream.
