Irish Steaks

These are delicious steaks good with potatoes vegetables and Irish soda bread

Ingredients

2 tablespoons oil
2 ounces butter
1 onion peeled and chopped
4 steak fillets
1 clove garlic
salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 tablespoons Jameson's Whiskey
2 tablespoons chopped flat parsely

Preparation method

1. Heat oil and butter in frying pan
2. Add onion and sautee till lightly brown
3. Rub steaks well with cut surface of garlic
4. Fry steaks for 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
5. Pour on Jameson's Whiskey (flambe if desired)
6. Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste
7. Turn steaks and spoon juices over
8. Remove from pan and serve
