These all butter biscuits are traditionally made in Greece round Easter. I like them any time of year, and also make them at Christmas. They're delicious dunked in coffee - as is done in Greece!

brilliant, i needed a biscuit recipe that i could make with my grandson (who was alarmed that i had no biscuits for his weekend stay! super easy and tasty but it does need loads more flour and benefits from an hour in the fridge to harden the dough before forming. delicious - 03 Oct 2011
