    About this recipe: This meatloaf is succulent and delicious. It's made with beef mince and sausagemeat. It's delicious for dinner, but even better as a warm sandwich filler.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • Meatloaf
    • 250g minced beef
    • 250g pork sausagemeat
    • 4 slices bread, crumbled
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
    • Glaze
    • 1 tablespoon water
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 dessertspoons dark brown soft sugar
    • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
    • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Combine all meatloaf ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a greased loaf tin. Bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 15 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, place all glaze ingredients into a pan. Simmer for 1 minute. Pour over the meatloaf and return to oven and cook for another 15 minutes.
